Crap Often For Victory

Poster No. 45, issued by the Office of Civic Digestion for the wartime output drive, urging households to raise their daily contribution and hold the city's generators at victory output.

A wartime output-drive poster of a cheerful orderly rank of citizens filing toward municipal contribution stalls that feed a bank of generators, a lit city skyline and a climbing output gauge beyond and a large letter V in the sky, captioned CRAP OFTEN FOR VICTORY.

Poster No. 45. Issued by the Office of Civic Digestion, circa 1943, during the output drive and posted in canteens, boarding houses, and works cafeterias, urging households to raise the frequency of their daily contribution so the municipal generators might be held at victory output. The stated quota was expressed per household per day and revised upward twice in the same season. The plate is held in the Bureau of Renewable Discourse archive.
