All content on this site — articles, posters, and any other material — is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional, engineering, medical, or municipal advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Intellectual property

All content and artwork on this site are the property of Literal Shitposts. No part of it may be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise reused without permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Literal Shitposts and Bill Sambrone are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of this site.

Purchases

This site sells physical merchandise — posters and similar printed goods — made to order by a print-on-demand supplier. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on each product page.

Payment and checkout are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your payment details. Because each item is printed when you order it, production time precedes carrier shipping time — shipping costs and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

If an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, email a photo of the problem to support@literalshitposts.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. If an order never arrives, email the same address within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a free replacement — though we cannot replace orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live. Questions about an order can be sent to support@literalshitposts.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
