Constipation Is Anti-American
Poster No. 90, issued by the Office of Civic Digestion for the participation drive, holding that a citizen who cannot contribute their share to the grid should see a physician.

Poster No. 90. Issued by the Office of Civic Digestion, circa 1952, during the participation drive and posted at contribution stations, union halls, and clinic waiting rooms, holding that every citizen's regular contribution sustained the grid and that a persistent shortfall was, in the first instance, a civic failure and, in the second, a matter for a physician. The clinic referral was printed smaller than the banner. The plate is held in the Bureau of Renewable Discourse archive.
