Flush Affirmations for Modern Professionals

A deck of workplace affirmations issued by the Office of Civic Digestion's wellness desk, reproduced in full with the desk's usage guidance.

A fanned deck of small printed affirmation cards on a desk blotter beneath the embossed seal of the Office of Civic Digestion, one card standing upright and facing forward, a banner reading ISSUED FOR WELLNESS.

Issued by the wellness desk of the Office of Civic Digestion for display at eye level in staff facilities. Read one card per visit. Do not read ahead. The desk regards the sequence as therapeutic and the deck as complete.

Five small printed cards fanned out on a cream background, each with a short affirmation and an official seal.
Fig. 1Cards one through five of the issued deck. Card three is the most requested replacement.

The deck, reproduced in full:

  1. I am where I need to be.
  2. This, too, will pass.
  3. I release what no longer serves me.
  4. My worth is not my output.
  5. I return to the meeting renewed.
  6. The seat does not judge me.

Cards are replaced on request at the facilities window. Card three is replaced most often.
