Issued by the Office of Civic Digestion in cooperation with the neighborhood Soup Night committees, and posted in cafeterias, church basements, and mess halls ahead of the autumn cook-offs. Contemporary notes record a dispute over the printed steam, which the committees considered optimistic; the poster was distributed unaltered.
